SATURDAY
11 am Making Jerky the Traditional Way
Family run business Martin's Jerky will be making a jerky recipe last used on the Lewis and Clarke Expedition of 1804! Martin will also be making a Beef and Ale jerky recipe of his own using one of the winning beers from the year's festival.
11.45 am Making Beer Bread 'Hands-On' Demo
Three experts in one demonstration! Bacheldre Watermill, Hobson Brewery and Price the Bakers guide you through the art of making beer bread! Come along and have a go it's going to be fun.
12.30 pm The Perfect Banger
Get some hints and tips on sausage making from the experts at the Ludlow Food Centre with this 'hands-on' demonstration. Will you be able to make the perfect banger?
1.15 pm Are you Bred for Baking?
There's only one thing more satisfying than making your own bread and that's eating it. Learn that art of bread making from Ludlow's Robert Swift. This 'hands-on' demo will take you from flour to loaf. They'll even bake your bread for you to take home.
2 pm Italian Magic
We are delighted to welcome Felice Tocchini from his Italian restaurant, the Fusion Brasserie in Stoulton, Worcestershire. Add a little 'italian magic' to Worcestershire's finest ingredients and you have the perfect recipe to create some fabulous dishes.
3 pm Will Holland's Bread, Beer and Bangers Michelin Style
Will Holland, Head Chef from la Becasse takes these three ingredients to a whole new level. Come along and watch a master chef at work.
4 pm Beer and Food Matching
Join one of the country's leading beer experts, Melissa Cole, for an entertaining and irreverent, not to mention yummy, beer and food extravaganza.
SUNDAY
11 am The Perfect Banger

12 noon Beer Tasting
A tutored tasting with Buster Grant, Breconshire Brewery, and Chairman of the Association of Welsh Independent Brewers.

Join the cheese experts from the Ludlow Food Centre to discover the myriad of tasty uses for cheese. Whatever your favourite cheese, this 'hands-on' demo is sure to give you new ideas and inspiration.

Both days - Kids cooking will take place with 'Easy Peasy' each day and places MUST be booked either before or on the day! This will be 12 children joining in the fun with Local to Ludlow’s ‘easy peasy’ mobile cookery classes with 'hands-on' action for kids; one hour tutored sessions teaching cookery from scratch with tasty local and seasonal ingredients.

Demonstrations by exhibitors throughout the weekend
The Spring Festival is full of amazing food and drink producers doing what they do best. Here are just a few of the weekend’s attractions:
• Martins Jerked Meats will be presenting a series of food smoking and preservation talks throughout the event.
• Look out for Swift Bakery stand where they will be demonstrating the art of bread making. Visitors will be able to make their own dough, get their bread baked and then pick it up later in the day.
• Bacheldre Watermill will run their mini mill demonstration throughout the weekend, showing visitors how their ancient water mill makes such wonderful flour.
